All sales are final with the exception of our ticket exchanging policy.  No refunds will be given.

TICKET EXCHANGING:

Tickets may be exchanged until the day before the performance, no later than 24 hours.

Exchanges are for tickets of comparable or greater value, provided any additional value is paid, and good for the same show. Ticket exchanges are not available online. Please email the Box Office at bgoodrich@theoctavians.org  with your name and phone number with a new date selected and have your current tickets or order number in hand to make the exchange when we call you.
